Yang brings extensive experience across platform and digital services, most recently serving as CEO of AXZ, an AI-powered content and platform company. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Kakao and Ground X, where he led platform and business initiatives across content and technology services, following CEO positions at NHN Ticketlink, NHN Bugs, and NHN Travel Doctor after beginning his career at NHN.
The appointment is part of Weverse’s growth strategy to further enhance its services and strengthen business execution as the company enters its next phase of growth as a leading superfan platform. Yang’s experience across diverse IT sectors is expected to support the company’s continued growth and strengthen its execution capabilities.
