   Medical and Dental Care Insurance

           We provide medical and dental insurance for employees and dependents including their immediate family members, spouses, and spouse's family.

           We cover the full cost of up to eight counseling sessions through a professional counseling partnership.

   Fitness Benefits

           We provide an annual allowance of KRW 1.44 million per employee for fitness-related expenses.

   Housing Loan Interest Support

           We fund 1.5% of the interest on housing loans (up to a maximum loan amount of KRW 200 million) for 10 years.

            if the entire team has taken off more than 15 of leave within a year.

   Refresh Leave

           After 3 years of full-time employment, we offer a refresh time-off package, 

           which includes an additional 10 days of paid leave and a KRW 1 million bonus.

           We provide all employees with leaves, expenses, garlands, and assorted items for family events.

   Resort Facilities

           All employees have the opportunity to access a selection of premium resorts in South Korea at membership rates.
